Well, compared to a day or so ago anyway and some of the icicles are dripping outside my window. Staying well indoors today as my back has gone again. Don't know why, no reason at all but I am beginning to wonder if the positioning of my new cooker has got something to do with it - back went into spasm last night when I bent down to open the door to extract my supper and on thinking back, it was exactly the same movement that did it in the last time as well. Not quite sure what I can do about this, can hardly rip the cooker out, but must just remember to 'bend ze knees' each time then perhaps I will be OK.
So pain killers and muscle relaxants being popped and trying to keep on the move as well because if I sit too long in one position, I get 'locked' and trying to stand up --- all too much to bear!
Have been listening to Bryn Terfel's latest CD, 'Bad Boys' which arrived this morning, delivered by the intrepid Man from Amazon and have delighted the nation with my thoughts on same over on Random Music if you would like to nip over and have a look.
Other than that, it is a nothing much to report day and will be putting feet up and watching the Blessed Delia on the Beeb tonight, when they are doing a retrospective on her TV shows and recipes over the last thirty years (thirty years...oh my god) and I bet they stand up well too.
