Friday morning and I am up bright and early as am off to London today. This is a rather unexpected day as I am having a light lunch with Barbara Taylor Bradford at the Dorchester. OO-er get her. I am rather bemused by all this and will report back over the weekend. I was invited to meet her by the PR Manager at her publishers, who I have met, and who thinks that 'Barbara and I will get on well'......
So I have polished my shoes, cleaned my teeth, had a shower and will be off in a bit. Meeting a friend in the evening and have decided if I can locate a cinema showing Tinker Tailor I might nip in and watch an early afternoon showing - soo looking forward to seeing this film
Oh and an addition to post of Dear Fiona and the Queen's Palaces. One of my regular visitors pointed out to me that I had forgotten to mention that Fiona had told us there was a sewer running underneath Buck House and that we knew this as the cameras filmed Fiona down there in a fetching white boiler suit with hard hat.
I do apologise for not mentioning this and am happy to correct my mistake.
