I am glad that Rembrance Day is still treated with dignity and that so many of us take part and observe the two minutes silence and take time to think. We need this peace and quiet each year and even more so it seems to me as I, personally, feel we are currently living in a world of chaos and disorder.
I am off to Cambridge to be with the family this weekend and I have the immense privilage of being able to attend a performance of Faure's Requiem tomorrow morning in the chapel at St Johns. It will be wonderful.
